Ingredients



217 g – meat,
25 g- carrot,
60 g – onion,
47 g – tomatoes,
Greens,
Salt and seasoning.

Instructions

Meat washes in cold water, сcut pieces in weight on 30-40g. The potato, carrots, tomatoes, onions, greens wash in water, clear and finely cut. Meat stack in a saucepan, fill with cold water and cook on slow fire. After 50 minutes of cooking we must put carrots, potato, onions. 5-10 minutes prior to the termination of cooking put tomatoes and add salt, seasoning. This food we can prepare in Tajik action. All of Tajik people like it.
