Ingredients


0,5 kg a flour
100 гр. Peas
2 bunches of a parsley
2 bunches leaves of a beet
Sour milk
Pepper, salt



Instructions


To prepare a dough, we shall unroll and we shall cut segments. In a saucepan нальём waters we shall finish to boiling. We shall start peas, a parsley, leaves of a beet, we add salt. We boil in current of 5 minutes we start segments of the test and we boil 5 minutes. We spill in cups, we add pepper and sour milk. We eat in a hot kind.
