Indegrients

Wheat flour-40gr
salt-6gr,one egg and some water
meat 30gr
onions 50gr.

Instructions

From wheat flour with addition of water , egg and salt get mixed up an abrupt a dough . Then cut it into squares - 5х 5sm. In boiled salted water put the cut dough and cook up to 3 minutes. The welded dough (tupa) squeeze out and layer in a dish. Before serving put fried meat and onions on the top of them..
