7-30 stones ( do not worry to eat stones it is Sumalak's long history - stones will not be eaten), newly grown wheat juice, oil and flour.
Instructions
Before going to prepare Sumalak it is important to grow wheat on large plates for one week. After growing wheat people get its juice and make sumalak. First oil, water from four sides, then juice of wheat and flour and mix it whole night till morning (approximately 15-18 hours)
