Different persons have different aims. Some wants to be doctor, some wants to be engineers and others want to be teachers and so on. But my aim in life is to be a doctor. My parents and teachers have given their consent to my choice. There are many reasons for choosing the profession of a doctor.
The village people in our country are very poor. They suffer from various diseases but there is no qualified doctor to serve them. There are a few quacks but they can not serve them properly. Rather they extort money from the simple folks. Many people meet untimely death for want of proper treatment. In no society do women yet enjoy the same opportunities as men. They work longer hours and they are paid less, both in total and pro rata. Their choices as to how they spend their time, in both work and leisure, are constrained than they are for men. These disparities generate substantial gaps between how much women and men can contribute to society, and how much they respectively share in its benefits. In most countries, a fundamental aspect of these disparities, which is both one of their causes and one of their continuing consequences, is inequality in access to and performance in education.
The continuing prevalence of educational inequality is a major infringement of the rights of women and girls, and it is also an important impediment to social and economic development. This first chapter is concerned not with philosophical questions about the appropriate nature or extent of these ‘rights’.
In countries where primary and junior secondary schooling is not yet universal, private returns to education are highest at primary level and tend to decline at secondary and higher levels. Where girls have less access to schooling than boys, this pattern of returns implies that closing the gender gap in school enrolments will provide higher returns than would expansion policies that left the existing gender gap unchanged submitted by gareb-e-newaz high school

*How we are in 2015
In our area 30% people were deprived from the light of education since 2014
There were main obstacles in this area they are
1. Poverty
2. From Family (for the girls only)
3. Ignorance of the Importance of education
4. Child labour
4.Early marriege
5.And various superstition
To remove this Ignorance we took some steps.
The rich people of our community helped the poor people so that they can afford the expenses of learning.
The educated people voluntarily made them aware of various superstitions, and the importance of education Most of the family believed that there is no need to educate the girls but the community educated people abled to understand them that to get an educated society first of all we need an educated Mother .
Now in this 2015 all families here are motivated
We run public education, night school, education for the ignorant adult, education for the working children by the community /municipal chairman and, member and other local public leader, to encourage the government to give some education stipend to the poor people.
Other institution also working to develop this situation & our young society bought the materials such as books, pens etc by collecting money for the poor working children from the donors .Community leaders, Chairman, member City Mayor .
Some schools took the steps to give the poor students full free studentship.
Our government approved the food for education so that the needy people could get the opportunity to get education
Especially the poor parents are motivated to educated their children after getting this financial support
In our community there are monitoring teams to monitor all the problems in the way to education
Here the mosque and other religious institution are continuing the steps side by side .Every family who has the ability in our area takes to provide education facilities at least one poor working children .
We establish many public libraries here
Now in this 2015 as all the people community is educated both morally and institutionally .
Every one here is aware of their fundamental and citizen rights and responsibilities
They know how to apply scientific methods in cultivation. Thus our growing population is becoming an asset for the society. They obey the law of discipline and they put the dust in the dustbin. We are living now in prosperous and peaceful environment. Every one is free from superstition ,desperateness and vulgarity.

For lacking of education many men are sinking of different superstition because they can not exhibition their own talent. They are ignorance about education. They are to dirty here and there. As a result the temperament of environment makes impure. So the environments are polluted
The children of our society can be educated by going to school. We need to establish many public libraries .Only educated person can do our society neat and clean
Our country, nation and society must be prospered if every person of the society become educated. Because education is the back bone of a nation. So it is impossible for us to change our environment except education.
All knows that it will be benefited if all person of the society are educated. we will have alert about environment. They will obey the law of discipline and they must not make any noise in our society.

Ayni To imagine the future in terms of innovation means, most fundamentally, to imagine change in terms of new ideas, and to think of life as an array of individual experiments and choices. It is to ask how we might best encourage innovation, how we might allow the best innovations to flourish (and the worst to be rejected), and how new ideas allowed to thrive can alter human life. The future, after all, is our future, and so we are likely to make choices and to judge the consequences of our choices in ways that look out for our own best interests, and therefore that seek the best sort of future Education is one of the inalienable man’s rights, and one of the necessary conditions, that help women to develop self-confidence. Only the state can take long-term obligation, necessary for the realization of education rights. Fortunately our president Emomalii Rahmon paid special attention to educational problems: a new law on education has been adopted the efforts have been made to strengthen the material and technical base of state institutions, as well as provide for financial support for teachers. Special attention is devoted to raising women’s status. At present in republic there is spending reform in system education. Fortunately among five pilot areas our area (Аyni district) joins too. All projects are directed on improvement to all system of education since an infrastructure up to a level of knowledge of pupils and teachers, reduction a level of poverty among pupils, including sanction problems of gender. For two years realization of this project in system education of our area a great deal has changed, certainly to the best. In the project aspects of education are captured all and up to the end of the project in 2009 it is possible to expect most the best results in this system. It is on a regular basis spent trainings and seminars for teachers and principals. New books are printed for teachers and pupils of school. And the main thing in this project is formation Аassociation of parents and teachers (АPT) which pulls together contact of a society with school. Premeditated carrying out of seminars on such pressing questions, as: -creation the plan development of school in view of modern progress. - Decentralization of an education system and others, that all it to the best. On a course of work of the project we teachers with confidence can tell that education in Tajikistan by 2015 may be one of the most advanced spheres in a society. We are assured that during this period is authorized such global questions in an education system among which enter the following: 1. It is authorized problems of an infrastructure at all schools. 2. Acomputerization of all schools in view of connection to a network the Internet. 3. Maintenance of all pupils with qualitative textbooks. 4. Sanction gender problems. 5. Reduction a level of poverty among pupils. 6. The raising a level knowledge of pupils by 2015 for all citizens of Tajikistan appears chance of access to qualitative educations. The role of youth is big in our society. The young people who graduated universities can work in all fields and organizations. They work very well and many of them are good leaders of the companies. The youth always try for making their future lighter. Because the future of the their country depends from young people. Some of the youth could take part in the meetings with representatives of foreign countries. They can solve today's problem. In this meetings active youth can say their mind. They are full of energy. Every year in our country we celebrate the day of young people. It is on the 21st of May. In this day every year our president meets with active youth. Shahnoza Rahmonova

Twenty per cent of young girls in Tajikistan are missing school. Most of them stay home to help their mothers with housework, while others take on seasonal farm work.
With limited family income, the priority is to educate boys who are expected to support their parents in old age. Girls are expected to marry and leave the family, so their education is seen as an expensive burden.
To attract girls back to school with the support of their families, UNICEF is working with the Ministry of Education and non-governmental organizations here to implement life skills-based education in 50 selected schools where girls’ attendance is low.
Teachers are worried about lack of students attending school. Education is compulsory till the ninth grade in our country. Girls in some school study till the 9th grade. Then they prefer to stay at home and look after house till marriage.
We want to say that our president pay much attention to girls education, because girls are future Mothers. They must be educated. They grow up future citizens. The main obstacle is to achieve education for all we think that there were less dicrimination of girls, much attention must be paid to both males and fem

Tajikistanis on its way on Cleaner Production. Its companies are using Environmental Management Systems, and implementing Cleaner Production Tools. The waste is separate into several boxes, and the garbage has its use in recycle production. Every waste has its place in our community and not wasted without profit. Our education help us for better understanding our nature. oWe had learned that every person has suffrage, we could participate in politics. Universal suffrage goes in democratic ways. We are electing the executive power ourselves. Wecouldmakeamendmentstoact. oNow it’s 2015, April. We are strong and healthy nation. During our studying at RI-SOL ILC, we had learned how education could affect our health. We had learned what could be happened if we drink polluted water, and more other prevalence resources. Now we are protect with our gained education!!! We know how to prevent disease and are healthy!!! Wegoinforsports, eathealthy products!!!
ILC Tursunzade** The part of the population of our community, now, has an opportunity to receive formation, but this absolutely high-grade formation. After civil war our social way of life has changed. Especially noticeably it was reflected in schools. Our habitual comprehensive schools have turned to grammar schools, lyceum and schools that divide pupils on rich and poor. The decision of problems! First of all, it is necessary to return to comprehensive schools a uniform school uniform. That all interested persons had an opportunity to receive high-grade base formation. The reason interfering reception of high-grade formation - paid training. The majority of people of our country live below the poverty line. They do not have opportunity to support and dress family, not speaking about paid formation. Very much many children are compelled to help parents: go to wash machines, sell cellophane packages, carry carts with products from the market on houses of buyers and sit at counters.
In current to year we were witnesses of political, sociological and economic changes concerning formation. President Republic of Tajikistan Imomali Rahmon has entered a canceling of grammar schools and lyceum. Owing to it, by 2015 reception of formation will be accessible to all layers of the population.

- Now a committee is going to be formed in our community. I think it would be very much effective to solve this problem.
- Need mass awareness to change the society.
- An educated man can run a far distance.
submitted by pahartoli girl's high school, CTG*How we are in 2015
In our area 30% people were deprived from the light of education since 2014
There were main obstacles in this area they are
1. Poverty

Social Changes in Tajikistan
We are very worried of problem, which have arise in our society, especially among the youth. It’s a smoking. Its have involved most of pupils and even the students at our country.
From childhood we have heard that some grams of nicotine is killed a horse.
But in nowadays the youth didn’t think about it. Then they have a week willing. Only strong willed people could achieve a lot in their life.
It’s necessary all together to help the youth to develop their will power and prevent this disease of youth.
We know that Tajikistan is an independent country. The population of Tajikistan is more than 7,5 million people and student are – 1,7 million from it .Tajikistan’s economy is rising up and these all problems can be solve by economy, such problems which we mean : environmental : air pollution , rive pollution, poverty . As it’s known more than 60% of population is poor.
Without education we can’t solve all these problems.

To imagine the future in terms of innovation means, most fundamentally, to imagine change in terms of new ideas, and to think of life as an array of individual experiments and choices. It is to ask how we might best encourage innovation, how we might allow the best innovations to flourish (and the worst to be rejected), and how new ideas allowed to thrive can alter human life.
The future, after all, is our future, and so we are likely to make choices and to judge the consequences of our choices in ways that look out for our own best interests, and therefore that seek the best sort of future
Education is one of the inalienable man’s rights, and one of the necessary conditions, that help women to develop self-confidence.
Premeditated carrying out of seminars on such pressing questions, as:
-creation the plan development of school in view of modern progress.
- Decentralization of an education system and others, that all it to the best. On a course of work of the project we teachers with confidence can tell that education in Tajikistan by 2015 may be one of the most advanced spheres in a society.
We are assured that during this period is authorized such global questions in an education system among which enter the following:
1. It is authorized problems of an infrastructure at all schools.
2. A computerization of all schools in view of connection to a network the Internet. 3. Maintenance of all pupils with qualitative textbooks.
4. Sanction gender problems.
5. Reduction a level of poverty among pupils.
6. The raising a level knowledge of pupils by 2015 for all citizens of Tajikistan appears chance of access to qualitative educations.

Tajikistan is on its way on Cleaner Production. Its companies are using Environmental Management Systems, and implementing Cleaner Production Tools. The waste is separate into several boxes, and the garbage has its use in recycle production. Every waste has its place in our community and not wasted without profit. Our education help us for better understanding our nature.o We had learned that every person has suffrage, we could participate in politics. Universal suffrage goes in democratic ways. We are electing the executive power ourselves. We could make amendments to act.
o Now it’s 2015, April. We are strong and healthy nation. During our studying at RI-SOL ILC, we had learned how education could affect our health. The part of the population of our community, now, has an opportunity to receive formation, but this absolutely high-grade formation.
