Ingridients:

flour - 4 glasses
eggs - 1 pc
water - 1 glass
vegetable oil for a layer of the dough - 3 spoons
mutton - 500 gr
onions - 150 gr
fat - 50 gr
salt, spices to taste.

Instruction:

From a flour, eggs, salt and water prepare for an abrupt dough, leave it for 30-40 minutes. Then unroll in greater flat cakes thickness 1ΒΌ, oil it, braid in the form of roll, cut small slices and again unroll it. On the unrolled dough lay forcemeat and form pies of a triangle, bake sambusa in the oven.
Preparation of forcemeat: pass the mutton through meat grinder and fry it with oil and onion.
