Payesh is a delicious food. It is made by special rice- sunned rice, milk, sugar, raisin, nut, and some specis.Such as-cinnamon, cardamom. Generally it is eaten in morning or evening. It can be eaten in every time. Most of the Bangladeshi likes to eat this. It can be made in our home. We like our traditional food payesh very much.
MEASUREMENT OF INGREDIENTS: 1) Rice: 65 gm 2) Milk: 1 kg 3) Sugar: 125 gm 4) Raisin: 20 gm 5) Nut: 10 gm 6) Cinnamon : 5/6 small pieces 7) Cardamom :5/6 pieces MAKING METHOD:
Put 1 kg milk in a pan and put it on fireplace.1kg milk becomes solid in 750 gm by the hit of fire. When it becoming solid, sometimes the milk should be moved by a spoon. After becoming milk in on the fireplace 750 gm then the rice is put in the milk. After putting rice the mixing should be moved by the spoon .when the rice becoming boiled then the sugar is put in the mixture. After 05 minutes
the species, the raisin, the nut is put in the mixing. After 05 minutes. The payesh making becomes finish. Put it in a bowl and serve it .It is eaten by spoon.
