Political Changes in 2015 Specialists will come from other countries.
It seems to us that we have emphasized about arrival of specialists from other countries, will occur, can be fast and can be still are not present, but we are assured that it necessarily will occur. As say " Time will show all"
Because now our country is very young country and will occur like other democracy countries, (for example The United States of America, Russia, the countries in Europe) will move with big power to front in education sphere if will have excellent educated specialists. Only present, that you have just familiarized with education system of some democratic country, the developed country. The result of acquaintance has simply shaken you, and you in a shock from seen and from heard. Teachers work for them basically with the highest qualification and teachers with higher education but, you have not thought that once 25 - 50 years ago at them was not such teachers. You do not reflect that the country with which you have just familiarized began the bullets to top as now Tajikistan. Yes, our level of knowledge differs and it not a secret. But, present if our country will find the finance and to prepare good experts not only in education sphere, but also in all spheres will provide all of them with means experts from other countries too will be involved in this sphere and they will arrive and can be under the contract and will work in Tajikistan, and our country as well others democracy developed countries will be prompt to go to peak in the field of education. But, in this trip we also have a barrier. It is friendship between the countries of all World and remedy. The main cooperation and friendship with other countries. Still, it is remedy. If there will be haven’t any remedy and a normal degree of a life of the population it will be nothing!!! And if will be remedy, but officials will tidy up all to the hands too anything such will not be!!! Also it is necessary to us to dream of such future only. "Youth is future of Tajikistan " it is told not so simply . The future in our hands and good future depends only to us!!! Political changes - In structures of schools:
1. What changes will be executed:
· The pupils will have a rest on Saturday and Sunday.
· The schools will well - heated in winters and aired in summertime of a year. Laboratories will contain all necessary for carrying out of experiments …..
· All classes will be established by some computers and in computer - classes will be established about 25-30 computers with access to the Internet and each pupil will have his own identification card.
2. What changes could be, but not in forces.
· We would like to change structure of the giving marks, which is not 1-5, but 1-10.
· Still after this to change a format and a kind of class magazine.
3 .Comments, offers:
· We would like to offer a new kind of expression of gratitude to the pupil that is to give not diplomas and prizes, but to enlist its achievements in its personal card which in a consequence will be used in institutes and universities at transfer of the student.
· Also we want, that in colleges and lyceums there was own transport for students. It would be still good if at each school there would be a tailor for tailoring a school uniform for pupils who will differ from each other depending on a class in which the student studies.
