NEW SCHOOLS OPEN

Early this morning the first students began classes at the Wild Wood High School in southern St. Mary’s County. This school is the second of two new schools in the area, meant to alleviate the severe overcrowding in the school system. “I’m really glad to be going to this new school” says Kristi E., 16. “We were really overcrowded in that tiny building.”
The decision to build these schools came from the overcrowded conditions in the four existing public high schools, and pressure from parents. Many of these parents wrote letters to our County Commissioners, asking them for more funding for the school system. Local builders also exerted pressure on the commissioners, as they have been prevented from building new homes for several years now by lack of space to put the incoming children. “Our business really suffered” says Ken R, 36. “Now we can start building again.”
The area can now be developed, and there are plans underway for a new movie theater and shopping center to accommodate the people who will be coming to live here. While most consider this a good sign, many people do not like such progress. “We like the trees,” says Rachel T, 25. “It just wouldn’t be the same if they cut them all down.”
Recent test scores also played a role in this decision. Since the spring of 2007, standardized test scores have been steadily dropping. Maryland now has some of the lowest test scores in the nation, scores that the government hopes will be improved by these new schools.
These schools also open up more jobs, both for teachers, janitors, and bus drivers. Smaller class sizes mean more personalized attention, and so the students will get a much better education. A better education means that they will be better equipped to handle their future jobs.
There is more room in the county now, and we can bring in more people. This will benefit not just the school system, but every business run in the area. More people will mean that there will be a larger selection from which to hire, guaranteeing a good employee. These new schools will benefit everyone. “After trying to get them to do this for years, I’m glad they finally got around to giving us new schools!” says Lynn D, 54.

Local Politician, Educated people, Chairman, School students, different NGO and government are responsible for taking this action. They can arrange seminar, They can do projects of education base, Can do rally, can write application to the world brand NGO for help or to do something for the education of our community or country people, they can also established school or can help the school to solve this problem.

*Our earth is moving. In this way, the political condition is changing. Some days ago, Ministry of Govt. was running in our country. Now a days a care taker govt. is running. Political Changes: Most of the people of our country live below the poverty line. They can’t afford food and cloths for them let alone education. At present poor children many girls of rural areas and disable children don’t currently receive any or adequate education.
Limitation of Government is a major political issue that prevents this population from receiving education. To over come the problem, the government should raise a special fund for primary and secondary education and should set up more schools and appoint more teachers in the vacant ports. Mainly the government is responsible for taking action. They can create a special fund for education. For doing that the govt. can impose some more tax on the countrymen by lessening tax from another side.
To utilize the fund equally, honest, sincere and dutiful employees should be appointed so that everybody can get the light of education.

The major populations of Bangladesh are illiterate. Most of the people of the villages are superstitious and they think that to have general education is anti-religious. So, They don't allow their children to go to schools. As a result We have innumerable illiterate people is our country. So, He most of he people do not understand education is most essential for all.

The name of our area is chandpur . The poor people of our area do not receive any or adequate education .Some political issues that prevent this population from receiving education. some times political party of the country calls strike (hartal).Then the poor daily labour , rickshaw puller, shopkeeper do not do their work. Their children do not go to school for this violence .School, colleges cannot run .government and political party are responsible for this . Government cane make some rules that school ,colleges ,market., transport and industry are out of strike .The income of the poor people is stopped. Education For All
Education is one of the basic rights of man. But it is a matter of regret that the majority people of our country are deprived of education. We cannot hope the development of our country with out education for all her people. Education for all is the crying need in our country.
About 70% people are illiterate in our area. Even they do not know how to write their own name. Most of them are women. Because they are very poor.
They have to live their life by doing the rich peoples work. So it is not possible for them to receive education. That is why they remain illiterate .20% of people do not have sufficient education. Political Issues
There is no major political issue in our country because there is now as in our country but here in Bangladeshi people suffered much by political leaders. They do not think of poor peoples good. They think only for their own happiness. When they come to power they misuse their power. They lead the country of their own way. For their auto area. The price of daily necessary things is going by leaps and bounds. As the poor people cannot meet their daily necessary demand. It is not possible for them to prosecute their studies.
To us price hike of daily necessaries is political issue in our country.
4. The government, the rich people as well as various kinds of NGO should come for word to solve the problem.
They will solve the problem in the following way.
*Lead the country in the right way.
*Take necessary active against business men those who stock their goods in their go down.
*Import goods from foreign country if there is any deficiency of any good in the country.
*Control the price of daily necessary things.
*Give necessary things of the poor people free of cost.

The main obstacle in this area was the negligence of the political leaders. To hold their power for long time they made people ignorant, because if people became educated they became aware of their rights then the political leaders cannot continue their corruption.

Education is considered as a very important issue all over the world so that countries work hard to make education for all by using different method and tools. But the third world are still suffering and face many problems ,for example ,in our society their a large number of people whom are suffering and don’t receive any or adequate education ,and this refers to many political reasons such as: the war, poor, religion, homeless, and the less number of laws that encourage education so to overcome this problems ,the government and society should be collaborations with each other and using the correct policy ,this policy should include the following steps : *Government should not reduce their support for social and cultural public services
*Our countries should be not merely consumer but producers of software and programmers
*It should be easier for learners to choose the information they need for specific purposes
*Teaching through different media, including songs, music and by allows free education for all people, finally by using computer in different aspect of life.
*Respect for other religions, as well as learning experiences about other regions.
*Entitlement to basic education for all (especially in remote areas), so by following this steps in addition to put the different laws by government that allow free education for all by this we can found a society with good education and good health.
We should now that education is major determinant of health. It is well known that those who are likely to suffer from ill health are not only poorest, but also those with lowest level of education, so that all government and associations should help people and society to have the chance to learn regardless if they are poor ,rich, homeless and prevent our society from illiteracy .

News April 2015 Tajik Students now don't sit in rows and wear uniforms.
In the past as part of the Soviet Union Schools in Tajikistan required to sit in rows and wear uniforms including Red tie of Lenin Komsomol. Later when Tajikistan became independent in 1991 education remained the same, in 2007 there were some laws appeared to ban mobile phones and personal cars at schools. Thanks to some reforms in 2010 in education and learning from other developed countries education became more free from the state, mostly secondary schools became free to choose their own programs and use new textbooks. Now after 5 years of major reforms in 2010 Tajik schools enjoy their freedom and education became accessible to all citizens of Tajikistan. Schools are equipped with the latest technology, new teaching and learning methods. Now the level of literacy is high in our country and we are going to celebrate the 24th anniversary of Tajikistan independence in September 2015 after 5 months with great achievements in the past of 24 years.
Among numerous social functions of political formation it is possible to allocate:
Democratization of mass political consciousness. The consciousness possesses potential;
Varying, it is capable to influence change of a course of events really; formation of new generation of political elite, highly professional, dividing democratic values and owning " social engineering " - technologies of political decisions which are capable to minimize the social price of reforms;
Preparation reproduction of teachers of political science. The first acts primary in relation to the rests and the most important. Reproduction of civil consciousness in the generations which are starting out in life, even in the countries with stable democratic modes is considered as one of overall objectives of formation and the basic guarantees of preservation of democracy. In the USA, the country with strong democratic traditions, increase of a level is not given any other problem of formation of greater attention, than increase of a level of political knowledge of the generation which was starting out a public life.
The important condition of political knowledge is familiarizing pupils with the scientific conceptually-terminological system cleared of propaganda and publicistic stratifications without what dialogs between various positions is impossible.
One of purposes of a political science - search of optimum forms of the organization of a society, ways and means of achievement of a social consensus. This purpose stimulated formation of comparative political science which subject is the comparative analysis of political institutes and cultures of various societies. Its occurrence became possible within the limits of the general law of development of a science on a boundary of XXI century - to integration and internationalization of scientific knowledge. In a transitive society which yet has not made a final choice, the comparative aspect of knowledge of the world of policy has the raised value.

Politics in Tajikistan we think that the situation became stable but this process is continuing slowly. In the Soviet period we have only the Communist party. But now in Democratic period we have more parties.
Each of them has their own aims, goals and strategy of activities. It means that we have the possibility of compare them and choose the best.
As we knew that all their efforts direct to improve the economical situation of population, especially vulnerable part of population. But at present time we still have much main problems.
Such main:
· Immigration
· Lack of electricity, clean water
· Payment of Education in higher schools
· No access of medical services of poverties
The present of these problems shows that, there is no close connection between these parties.
We hope that to 2015 year all these parties will collaborate and most of these problems will be solved.

The number of tourists from Tajikistan increased compared to the statistics of 2010. And Tajikistan is opened its doors to welcome tourists from other countries and for them Tajikistan is building new hotels and tourist centers. Thanks to specialists who worked in the past in Russia and other CIS republics as gastarbeiters who are now working in Tajikistan the number of new buildings are built.
Now Tajikistan has several powerful hydropower electric stations, the construction of some of them were started in 2006 and were finished in 2008, there are no electricity problems to cut the current like in the past.
These days young people are supported with different scholarships to study in higher education institutions both in and out of the country. Thankfully girls have the rights to education and their rights are respected to study at schools, institutions and universities.
For elder people there are many opportunities to get support with medical services and they enjoy living and being healthy in hospitals and sanatoriums.

We see Tajikistan educators, doctors with the higher salary. Their salary today is very low, about 15 to 40 dollars.
The well-known world standard, which makes it possible to evaluate the level of poverty, is 2 dollar for the day for a person. Tajik families are wide and consist 2 to 7 children in a family. It's unpossible to feed a family with 40 dollars a month. We hope the salaries will be more higher and will be enough to live.
We hope our migrants from Russia will return to thier homes to their families for 2015. Most of men fromTajikistan went to Russia to earn money for their family. In Tajikistan 80% of population gets less than 50 dollars a month.
In 2015 we see this number less than 20%.

During research of a political problem of our city, the problem concerning religion has come to light. Cases of refusal for municipality in registration of some religious communities and outputs of local journalists with the unchecked information in ether of a city telechannel became known. Having investigated this question, have come to conclusion that it is necessary to approach to such questions without a bias.
We think by 2015 our journalists before to leave in ether with what or a question; it will check that there was no not deserved criticism to address of this or that religion. We hope, that they will get rid of a bias

To over come the problem, the government should raise a special fund for primary and secondary education and should set up more schools and appoint more teachers in the vacant ports. Mainly the government is responsible for taking action. They can create a special fund for education. For doing that the govt. can impose some more tax on the countrymen by lessening tax from another side.
To utilize the fund equally, honest, sincere and dutiful employees should be appointed so that everybody can get the light of education.
In this changes happen, our community will be 100% educated and gradually the whole nation will one come out from the ignorance and can late part in the advancement mission of the world. Then the country will be happy and will lead a happy life.

So, They don't allow their children to go to schools. As a result We have innumerable illiterate people is our country. So, He most of he people do not understand education is most essential for all.

Views on political Changes in our community:
The name of our area is chandpur . The poor people of our area do not receive any or adequate education .Some political issues that prevent this population from receiving education. some times political party of the country calls strike (hartal).Then the poor daily labour , rickshaw puller, shopkeeper do not do their work. Their children do not go to school for this violence .School, colleges cannot run .government and political party are responsible for this . Government cane make some rules that school ,colleges ,market., transport and industry are out of strike .The income of the poor people is stopped. If these political problems are solved the children of our area would be able to get their education . They will prosper in life and our country will reach its goal.

Education For All
Education is one of the basic rights of man. But it is a matter of regret that the majority people of our country are deprived of education. We cannot hope the development of our country with out education for all her people. Education for all is the crying need in our country.
About 70% people are illiterate in our area. Even they do not know how to write their own name. Most of them are women. Because they are very poor.
They have to live their life by doing the rich peoples work. So it is not possible for them to receive education. That is why they remain illiterate .20% of people do not have sufficient education.
Political Issues
There is no major political issue in our country because there is now as in our country but here in Bangladeshi people suffered much by political leaders. They do not think of poor peoples good. They think only for their own happiness. When they come to power they misuse their power. They lead the country of their own way. For their auto area. The price of daily necessary things is going by leaps and bounds. As the poor people cannot meet their daily necessary demand. It is not possible for them to prosecute their studies.
To us price hike of daily necessaries is political issue in our country.
4. The government, the rich people as well as various kinds of NGO should come for word to solve the problem.
They will solve the problem in the following way.
*Lead the country in the right way.
*Take necessary active against business men those who stock their goods in their go down.
*Import goods from foreign country if there is any deficiency of any good in the country.
*Control the price of daily necessary things.

It is the root of ignorance and backwardness. It stops the people from marching ahead to set up an ideal social fabric. Unfortunately the condition in out country present a sad picture 65% of our population is still illiterate .They cannot read nor write. They have no power to judge anything to themselves To remove this condition UNESCO had got a target in 1990 on the total population of the world to reach the goal of "Education for all”The people of our most part are farmers or day laborers .They has no knowledge of the rules of health and sanitation. They do not know how to apply scientific methods in cultivation. Thus our growing population is becoming a burden to the society.
Education for politics:The present political environment in our country is the burning question now. This political issue is not acceptable to all. So a real change is necessary. Proper education can salve this problem. In our area 50% people were deprived from the light of education since 2010
The main obstacle in this area was the negligence of the political leaders. To hold their power for long time they made people ignorant, because if people became educated they became aware of their rights then the political leaders cannot continue their corruption.
To remove this ignorance we took some steps.
Such as to make aware the ignorant about the importance of education by the educated people of this area the political leaders got the real education both moral and institutional so that they can wake their conscience to do any corruption
We run public education, night school, education for the ignorant adult, education for the working children by the community /municipal chairman and , member and other local public leader ,to encourage the government to give some education stipend to the poor people
The political leaders brought the materials such as books, pens etc for the poor working children
All these steps are taken by our young society, Community leaders, Chairman, member City mayor
Especially the parents are motivated to educate their children.
In our community there are monitoring teams to monitor all the problems
Here the mosque and other religious institution are continuing the steps side by side
As all the political leaders in our community are educated both morally and institutionally the peace and calm are here.

Education is considered as a very important issue all over the world so that countries work hard to make education for all by using different method and tools. But the third world are still suffering and face many problems ,for example ,in our society their a large number of people whom are suffering and don’t receive any or adequate education ,and this refers to many political reasons such as: the war, poor, religion, homeless, and the less number of laws that encourage education so to overcome this problems ,the government and society should be collaborations with each other and using the correct policy ,this policy should include the following steps : *Government should not reduce their support for social and cultural public services
*Our countries should be not merely consumer but producers of software and programmers
*It should be easier for learners to choose the information they need for specific purposes
*Teaching through different media, including songs, music and by allows free education for all people, finally by using computer in different aspect of life.
*Respect for other religions, as well as learning experiences about other regions.
*Entitlement to basic education for all (especially in remote areas), so by following this steps in addition to put the different laws by government that allow free education for all by this we can found a society with good education and good health.
We should now that education is major determinant of health. It is well known that those who are likely to suffer from ill health are not only poorest, but also those with lowest level of education, so that all government and associations should help people and society to have the chance to learn regardless if they are poor ,rich, homeless and prevent our society from illiteracy .
By doing all the positive things we can have prosperous society in which education will be for all by the end of 2015.

Tajik Students now don't sit in rows and wear uniforms.
In the past as part of the Soviet Union Schools in Tajikistan required to sit in rows and wear uniforms including Red tie of Lenin Komsomol. Later when Tajikistan became independent in 1991 education remained the same, in 2007 there were some laws appeared to ban mobile phones and personal cars at schools. Thanks to some reforms in 2010 in education and learning from other developed countries education became more free from the state, mostly secondary schools became free to choose their own programs and use new textbooks. Now after 5 years of major reforms in 2010 Tajik schools enjoy their freedom and education became accessible to all citizens of Tajikistan. Schools are equipped with the latest technology, new teaching and learning methods. Now the level of literacy is high in our country and we are going to celebrate the 24th anniversary of Tajikistan independence in September 2015 after 5 months with great achievements in the past of 24 years.
Among numerous social functions of political formation it is possible to allocate:
Democratization of mass political consciousness. The consciousness possesses potential;
Varying, it is capable to influence change of a course of events really; formation of new generation of political elite, highly professional, dividing democratic values and owning " social engineering " - technologies of political decisions which are capable to minimize the social price of reforms;
Preparation reproduction of teachers of political science. The first acts primary in relation to the rests and the most important. Reproduction of civil consciousness in the generations which are starting out in life, even in the countries with stable democratic modes is considered as one of overall objectives of formation and the basic guarantees of preservation of democracy. In the USA, the country with strong democratic traditions, increase of a level is not given any other problem of formation of greater attention, than increase of a level of political knowledge of the generation which was starting out a public life.
The important condition of political knowledge is familiarizing pupils with the scientific conceptually-terminological system cleared of propaganda and publicistic stratifications without what dialogs between various positions is impossible.
One of purposes of a political science - search of optimum forms of the organization of a society, ways and means of achievement of a social consensus. This purpose stimulated formation of comparative political science which subject is the comparative analysis of political institutes and cultures of various societies. Its occurrence became possible within the limits of the general law of development of a science on a boundary of XXI century - to integration and internationalization of scientific knowledge. In a transitive society which yet has not made a final choice, the comparative aspect of knowledge of the world of policy has the raised value.

Politics in Tajikistan we think that the situation became stable but this process is continuing slowly. In the Soviet period we have only the Communist party. But now in Democratic period we have more parties.
Each of them has their own aims, goals and strategy of activities. It means that we have the possibility of compare them and choose the best.
As we knew that all their efforts direct to improve the economical situation of population, especially vulnerable part of population. But at present time we still have much main problems.
Such main:
· Immigration
· Lack of electricity, clean water
· Payment of Education in higher schools
· No access of medical services of poverties
The present of these problems shows that, there is no close connection between these parties.
We hope that to 2015 year all these parties will collaborate and most of these problems will be solved.

The number of tourists from Tajikistan increased compared to the statistics of 2010. And Tajikistan is opened its doors to welcome tourists from other countries and for them Tajikistan is building new hotels and tourist centers. Thanks to specialists who worked in the past in Russia and other CIS republics as gastarbeiters who are now working in Tajikistan the number of new buildings are built.
Now Tajikistan has several powerful hydropower electric stations, the construction of some of them were started in 2006 and were finished in 2008, there are no electricity problems to cut the current like in the past.
These days young people are supported with different scholarships to study in higher education institutions both in and out of the country. Thankfully girls have the rights to education and their rights are respected to study at schools, institutions and universities.
For elder people there are many opportunities to get support with medical services and they enjoy living and being healthy in hospitals and sanatoriums.

We see Tajikistan educators, doctors with the higher salary. Their salary today is very low, about 15 to 40 dollars.
The well-known world standard, which makes it possible to evaluate the level of poverty, is 2 dollar for the day for a person. Tajik families are wide and consist 2 to 7 children in a family. It's unpossible to feed a family with 40 dollars a month. We hope the salaries will be more higher and will be enough to live.
We hope our migrants from Russia will return to thier homes to their families for 2015. Most of men fromTajikistan went to Russia to earn money for their family. In Tajikistan 80% of population gets less than 50 dollars a month.
In 2015 we see this number less than 20%.

During research of a political problem of our city, the problem concerning religion has come to light. Cases of refusal for municipality in registration of some religious communities and outputs of local journalists with the unchecked information in ether of a city telechannel became known. Having investigated this question, have come to conclusion that it is necessary to approach to such questions without a bias.
We think by 2015 our journalists before to leave in ether with what or a question; it will check that there was no not deserved criticism to address of this or that religion. We hope, that they will get rid of a bias

At present formation is accessible to all equally. But there are which what political problems for improvement and decisions of the given problem up to the end. So for example at some schools studying only one or two foreign languages till now prevails. And for the given situation it would be desirable, that at schools it was studied more than foreign languages. And also that it was at the choice of the pupil.
