Especially noticeably it was reflected in schools. Our habitual comprehensive schools have turned to grammar schools, Lyceum and schools that divide pupils on rich and poor. The decision of problems! First of all, it is necessary to return to comprehensive schools a uniform school uniform. That all interested persons had an opportunity to receive high-grade base formation. The reason interfering reception of high-grade formation - paid training. The majority of people of our country live below the poverty line. They do not have opportunity to support and dress family, not speaking about paid formation. Very much many children are compelled to help parents: go to wash machines, sell cellophane packages, carry carts with products from the market on houses of buyers and sit at counters.
Having investigated economic problems of our city, have found out problem needy not full families.
