ILC Sarband
Hello dear all.We are pupils from Sarband,Tajikistan. We are very happy to write about our town.
Our town is located in the southern part of our Motherland - Tajikistan, on Vakhsh valley. It's on the left side of Vakhsh River at height of 428 meters from a sea level. The distance between our town and the capital of our republic is 117 kilometers. The total number of the population of Sarband is more than 32 660 people.
We would like to tell you some places in our town Sarband to visit.Our town is small but have some places to visit.Hydropower Station it is our proud which provide us with electricity.
Visiting House of Culture.
There is house of Culture in the center of our town in Kirov 6 a Street.The director of this House is Gafurov Asliddin.There are many circles where students and kids go after school.Here they learn to play to national musical instruments, like rubab, doira, and piano violin.There is also cirle or drawing and sowing.
Our new Park for children and youth in Central Park.
This yesr with initiative of our new chairman Rajabov.H there was opened park for children.Earlieer ther was no any places in our town for children, we mean sways,merry go rounds,table tennis and others.Now every day you can see happy and smiling faces of children here.
we would recommend to visit this place.There are many beautiful places near near it.
Another place we will recomend it is our school#1 and ILC.Theer are mor than 2 thousand students study in our school.And our school is proud with Internet Learning center where students come after their lesson and take part in all interesting projects and activities.And it is where students become leaders and global citizen.
