• Historic St. Mary's City is the site of the fourth permanent settlement in British North America, Maryland's first capital (for more than 60 years), and the birthplace of religious toleration. Visitors can feel what colonial life was like in the Outdoor Museum of History and Archaeology. The town has been recreated to include an early tobacco plantation, the State House of 1676, a woodland Indian hamlet, and a imitation of the Dove.
• Point Lookout Lighthouse is the main attraction site at Point Lookout State Park, located on the southernmost tip of Maryland. The lighthouse has been standing since 1830, and was active for more than 135 years until the Navy purchased it in 1965. It is considered to be the world’s most haunted lighthouse, and many ghost stories and pictures stem from the location. The park offers daily tours as well as nightly ghost hunts of the lighthouse.
The Pride of Education

As an IEA (International Education Agency, founded in January 2015) Inspector, I have had the duty to report back on the progress made in my community as a result of the reforms implemented as stated by UNESCO. Back in 2007, our community faced the issue of a “girded” economic education system, which further stalled education in this region. In general, we have counties and even cities/towns where the people have fallen into classes or rather caste, from which they cannot escape. Primarily what is limiting an equal education, when most use the term equal they use it in a simplistic or loose way. However, when we mean equal education regardless of your economic situation we mean that public schools throughout that region will have the same facilities, and resources available to them as a school 50 miles away in another county. Not only that but that the teachers in both schools have achieved respected and required degrees to teach their fields. While at the same time the promotion of education throughout all the counties local and the public colleges, with the addition of taxed and government funding, will help pay for the development of these schools. Because of the education system being equal to those who are rich or high middle class, they will find it more profitable to invest money in their child’s public school education as opposed to private, as a result the entire school benefits, and so do those in the region.

At the current time, these issues are gradually becoming a thing of the past. In cities there has been less gangs, drugs, violence, etc. in the children population, as a result children are more eager to go to school and get an education. As for the poor and disabled, they work just as hard now at community service projects, such as reading to children, baby sitting, etc., as they did when they were begging on the street or institutionalized in a decrypt building. Why, because to them they can see a future, when their children as a result of their work will be able to go to the same colleges as those who live in mansions or own multiple cars. For those who are in the middle class or upper class, they have begun to more widely disturb themselves across the counties, with all the new job offerings for which they are qualified. After all, no one has to worry about where their kid is going to get an education. Because not only has it become an issue of concern for all people, but it has helped create common grounds between all economic classes, allowing kids of any background to excel in their studies. Ultimately, without constructively putting together people’s consistent talents or ideologies, it would not have been possible to create an equal free and prosperous learning environment.

To solve the problem we kept five main concepts. First, the education system was funded at a state level, but not governmental simple to maintain efficiency, once each state had reached a uniform system then the government moved in to nationalize education equality. Secondly, the qualifications for becoming a teacher and the resources needed to teach adequately were distrusted across the region. Third, the citizens of each county were willing to promote education, such as to not only benefit their child, but the entire community. Fourth, the public schooling system maintained its standards with the competing private school system will have some affiliation to the public colleges in the area. At the same time private schools equally distributed, affordably by at least 1/3 of their regions population, and situated near public schools in order to increase the standard of living.
Great posting, Ashley!
